Letter to MP Caroline Dinenage – Minister of State at the Department of Health and Social Care
The current social care system problems have encouraged us to write a letter to the Minister of State at the Department of Health and Social Care – MP Caroline Dinenage. In the letter, we have outlined our concerns regarding the current and the future situation in the care sector. We are specifically worried about the plans to set an unrealistic £30,000 threshold for the care workers. We are also very worried that the people suffering from dementia are struggling to battle the disease, not only physically, but also (or mainly), financially.
