FIRST INTERVIEW
After obtaining candidates CV we begin the initial interview in order to assess experience, education and personality. Our recruitment specialist will also verify the language proficiency. The candidate must meet our highest standards.
QUALIFICATION CHECK
Obtaining written references from previous workplace covering specified minimum period. If necessary we will also contact former employers for verbal references and employment background check.
BACKGROUND CHECK
A caregiver must be able to work in the country legally. That means having a clear criminal record with the law enforcement agency with no prior convictions.
