RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  1. Candidate’s CV is received through Veritas Care’snationwide recruitment 
  2. Initial interview with the candidate to assess experience, education, level of English followed by a suitability check.
  1. Collection and verification of all necessary documentation and information required for DBS.
  2. Contacting previous employers – verbal references, employment background check.
  1. Obtaining local DBS certificate – a no-criminal conviction certificate provided by local courts.
  2. Second interview, face-to-face or via Skype.
  1. Obtaining written references from previous employers covering specified minimum period.
  2. Final skype interview and client’s approval of the candidate.
